I created this special personal training package for people who want to finally zero in on making the specific changes to their movment patterns that will help you:

In the Body Mechanics Plan we will have one month together (virtually!) to drop stored stress and tension in your tissues, adjust alignment issues, pick just the right movements to support and maintain the new postural patterns, and create what I call a Custom Movement Blueprint.

To do this we will use the signature Embodied Movement® system of: 

• Release: Drop tension, stress and strain stored in your body

• Realign: Adjust your unique misalignments from a foundational perspective 

• Strengthen: Learn the right moves needed to support and maintain this new posture of ease 

• Refine: Integrate new movement patterns so they stay

During our time together we will have 4 one hour 1:1 sessions (over Zoom) so that we can:

• Assess your goals and desires

• Evaluate your best options

• GET MOVING!

• Teach and troubleshoot in real time movement techniques that will suit your needs

You also have access to "Spot Treatments." These are quick check-ins on Zoom or phone to help you work out the kinks as you start working your plan.

In between sessions, I will be available via email or WhatsApp to answer questions and celebrate wins!

At the end of our month together you will have a complete Custom Movement Blueprint including instructions to all techniques learned, and a plan to move forward so you can maintain your success and continue to improve.

Once you complete your registration and payment, I will send you an email with a few intake questions and scheduling options. 

I will review your information and ask for any clarification if necessary.

Each one hour session will have a specific focus based on the Embodied Movement® system. After each 1:1 session you will leave with homework assignments for the week. I will be available in between sessions for "spot treatments" (quick video or phone chats to troubleshoot), and by email or WhatsApp to answer questions and share in wins!

Session 1: Release

In this session we will do a postural assessment and pain map. Based on the concept of fascial connections we will do a handfull of techniques and moves to target your areas of stiffness, tighness, knots, and pain.

 

Session 2: Realign

In this session we will review your Release progress, and now that there's a little more wiggle room I will teach you techniques and moves designed to bring your body back into a relationship of ease with gravity, this is a foundational approach to alignment.

Session 3: Strengthen

In this session you will learn moves that will help support and maintain the release and realignment that you have been working on. This is the only way to keep things from "snapping back."

Session 4: Refine

In this session we will go over the progress you have made so far and create a continuing plan, or Custom Movement Blueprint that addresses any issues we haven't covered as well as what do do as sensations continue to change with time.

Once our four sessions are complete you will receive an email with your revised Custom Movement Blueprint and any recommendations in moving forward.

Pilates Inspired Core Sequence - This 15 minute deep core practice has been my go-to for years. Learning the correct way to work core strength can completely change your posture and how you move! You can add this to your yoga practice, workout, or use it on it's own. These exercises can be done daily. All you need is your mat!

🌟Dive Into The Darkness

This self-paced course will take you safely and efficiently through the layers of body awareness, kinesthetic intelligence to where you can decode your sensory information and create aligned change.

In order to access the “pearls of wisdom” available through addressing the stored pain in our body’s systems, we need to develop a stable resiliency to hold focus of attention and sensation while turning toward where this precious information lies.

THAT is what this material is about.

When you experience tension, stress, anxiety, trauma…your body builds up protective barriers. Unless you intentionally move through these layers, they can become so dense they crystalize as “body armor”.

Most of us have one of two directions we go here:

1. Avoid, deny, numb out, disconnect, disembody.

2. Try like a wild animal to tear through the armor, make all your energy go haywire, become frazzled, confused and exhausted.
